Job Description

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Management team by coordinating cross-functional IT projects, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and ensuring project activities stay on schedule. This role is essential in organizing project tasks and supporting project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and track cross-functional IT project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Schedule meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor project documentation, deliverables, schedules, and RAID logs.
  • Support project managers and business teams with scope, requirements, testing, training, and rollout activities.
  • Maintain status reports, resource forecasts, and customer communications using reporting tools.
  • Develop project communication materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, and status updates.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and help maintain strong working relationships across teams.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
  • Experience managing or supporting large-scale programs.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Asana and project reporting tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical teams.
  • Experience with Workday ERP is a plus.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Prior experience implementing large-scale programs.
  • Experience working in a government organization.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
Special Considerations:
  • Role requires onsite presence in Atlanta, GA.
Scheduling:
  • Onsite work mode in Atlanta, GA.
  • Interview options include webcam or in person.
  • Contract duration is 8 months.
