Position Overview
Our client is seeking multiple Full-Time School Psychologists for in-person school-based positions in Salem, Oregon . In this role, you will support students' mental health and academic success by conducting psychological evaluations, developing intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and helping create positive educational outcomes.

- Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $65.00–$81.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Available

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to support students' mental health.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop strategies that promote student success.
- Implement interventions for students with diverse learning and developmental needs.
- Stay current with best practices and research in school psychology.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Current School Psychologist certification or license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting.
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
